4 Simple Ways To Make Progress

To be healthy is to be here and now. It is to live every moment for its full worth. It is to be living to our greatest potential now, not just the weekend. Be great to yourself and life around you with every chance you have. Embrace all in sight, touch lives in whatever way possible (starts with yourself, always!) and in every opportunity reach out with love and happiness and compassion. There is no better gift than to be here and now. Nor are we truly guaranteed another time than this present moment, so seize it so you make someones day, let alone your own. Once we master this concept, suddenly we are able to embrace each hour of everyday with gratitude and we aren’t racing to the weekend or to be entertained.

Be selective in what you focus on. Train yourself to go to sleep looking at your schedule everyday to keep you on track because there might be pain and frustration getting to your daily goals. Rather than to look to get over it, look to make it through with grace and peace. Change your perspective to take action now in order to increase your momentum so you can be better and do better. Here are a few steps that might help:

Carve time out of your day to:

  1. Reflect on the gap; find where you are, where you want to be, and what you need to do.
  2. Start now and schedule in your week to work on that gap, whatever acitivities that means need to do to “be you” and be better
  3.  Wake up 3 hours before you need to be anywhere to give yourself at least 30 minutes to 40 minutes to read through your goals, mantras, schedule, and to get your body moving with some exercise!
  4. Make an effort to read through the next days schedule before you go to bed so you wake up with a great purpose!
